and/or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. General
By accessing this Website or purchasing any product, you agree to comply with these T&C. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a purchase from our Website.
3. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, or design may occur due to manufacturing changes or display differences. Such variations do not qualify as product defects.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payments must be completed through the available payment gateways before order processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order found fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped through reputed courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier performance, and unforeseen delays. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
6. No Return Policy
All sales on Namoyantra.shop are final.
We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered to the customer.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must:
Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened, showing the entire product and packaging.
Share the video with our support team within 12 hours of product delivery at namoyantra@gmail.com
or via WhatsApp at 9057561014.
Claims without an unboxing video or submitted after 12 hours will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will issue store credits equal to the value of the product (excluding shipping charges).
No cash or bank refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
8. Credits for Future Orders
Credits will be provided only after verification of the claim.
Credits can be redeemed for future purchases only on Namoyantra.shop
.
Credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. For cancellation before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately. Acceptance of such requests is at our discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability, whether in contract or tort, for any product purchased through our Website is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned or licensed by Namoyantra. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
