1. No Refund Policy
All sales made on Namoyantra.shop are final.
We do not issue refunds for any reason once the product has been delivered — including dissatisfaction with product results, change of mind, or delay caused by courier partners.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you must:
Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Share the video with us at namoyantra@gmail.com
or WhatsApp 9057561014 within 12 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after 12 hours or without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
After review and verification, we may issue store credits equal to the product value (excluding shipping).

3. Credit Validity
Store credits will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits can only be redeemed on Namoyantra.shop.
4. Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our support team immediately.
Once the product has been shipped, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
5. Mode of Credit
Approved store credits will be issued digitally through your registered email or WhatsApp number.
You can apply these credits at checkout for future orders.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute related to refund or credit issuance will be resolved as per our Terms & Conditions.
All matters will be governed by the laws of India under the exclusive jurisdiction of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
